Nottingham Forest will have their Profit & Sustainability case heard next week.
An Independent Commission will hear the case on Thursday and Friday, 7 and 8 March. Forest's hearing will be led by sports lawyer Nick de Marco KC.
Forest were charged in January for alleged breaches of the PSR rules in their 2022-23 accounts.
The ruling could include a points penalty effective this season.
Forest are one place away from the relegation zone with 24 points, four points ahead of Luton who have a game in hand.
