Nottingham Forest to again go after Blackburn ace Rhodes

The Daily Mail reports that Nottingham Forest manager Dougie Freedman is set to revive his pursuit of Blackburn Rovers striker Jordan Rhodes in the summer.

According to the report, Forest will make a renewed move for Blackburn's £10million-rated striker Rhodes once the transfer window opens.

Forest boss Freedman previously failed in a bid to sign the 25-year old on loan with a view to a permanent deal in March as Blackburn rebuffed interest.

Freedman now hopes the offer of straight cash can help strike a deal for the forward who has scored 70 goals in the last three seasons.
