Norwood hopes Coventry form convinces Man Utd to keep him

Oliver Norwood hopes to prove himself to Manchester United with a successful loan spell at Coventry City.

Norwood still has dreams of playing for Premier League champions United in the future.

"I just want to come and play as may games as possible," Norwood told the Coventry Telegraph. "It's a massive club and I am grateful for the opportunity to play here.

"It was a good experience to play in League One because it is completely different to the Premier League and the reserves.

"The Championship is different again so hopefully I can adapt to this level and help us climb up the table.

"Hopefully I can force my way into the team and stay there until the end of the season.

"Of course, I'd like to get near the first team at Manchester United but I know how much hard work that is going to take and this is going to be a good experience for me."
