Josh Murphy received a warm appraisal from Norwich City boss Alex Neil on Tuesday night.
The 21-year-old forward scored a quality goal in the Canaries' 2-0 EFL Cup third round win at Everton after beating two defenders on the right flank and curling home a 20-yard effort.
Murphy now has four goals this season, including a brace for the Norwich U23s in the EFL Trophy, and along wth his twin brother Jacob is starting to make quite a name for himself in Norfolk.
Neil said: "I said to him at half-time, 'You need to go and play your game. Work when you haven't got the ball, and when you have go and do your thing'.
"And his thing turned out to be putting the ball in the top corner.
"But him and his brother are match winners. People give them a little bit of stick at times because they maybe made a bad decision but they're kids."
