Norwich City winger Jacob Murphy says the club's youngsters feel they'll get their chance under manager Chris Hughton.
Twin brother Josh has already forced his way into Chris Hughton's senior plans with an eye-catching debut goal in the Capital One Cup win over Watford and a late cameo in the midweek fourth round defeat at Manchester United that provides plenty of inspiration to his peers.
"It's given me and a lot of the players a lot of hope," Jacob told the Pink 'Un. "The manager shows a great interest in youth players and we've got to wait for our time and, when we're ready, we're going to hopefully do something memorable like Josh did (at Watford).
"It's been very good. Going from the U18s to first team was always hard, as there was just the reserve team in the past, but the U21s has really helped. It's always nice to play at Carrow Road. We had a lot of success there last season, with the FA Youth Cup. It just adds to the experience and gets us ready for the first-team games.
"We're going to go into the game full of confidence. We always do. We've got all of our big hitters out so we're just looking forward to taking on Manchester City."
