Norwich City boss Chris Hughton hasn't dropped his interest in Celtic striker Gary Hooper.
The Canaries failed with multiple bids in January for Hooper, but are confident the player's desire to return to England will convince Celtic to sell in the summer.
The People says Norwich will try again for the prolific striker when the market reopens in June.
