Norwich City have again expressed considerable interest in Celtic striker Gary Hooper.
The Canaries had four bids for the 25-year old rejected in January, culminating in a £7.1million offer towards the end of the transfer window.
However, SunSport suggests that Norwich are looking to offer a cut-price of £4m for Hooper's services with manager Chris Hughton hoping to get his man if the Norfolk club avoid Premier League relegation.
It is also believed that Everton and Stoke City are showing interest in Hooper, who cost Celtic £2.4m from Scunthorpe United in 2010.
