Released Sunderland defender Carlos Cuellar is joining Norwich City.
Cuellar is set to sign for Championship side Norwich, says the Evening Chronicle.
The Spanish centre-back left Wearside when his contract expired at the end of last season and is a free agent.
The 32-year-old is understood to be having a medical at Norwich today before completing his move.
