Norwich City have put in an offer to Blackburn Rovers for striker Adam Armstrong.
The newly promoted Premier League club want to add firepower to their squad ahead of the new season.
Per Alan Nixon of The Sun, the Canaries have put in a major offer for the 24-year-old forward.
The deal would include add-ons to reach the asking price of Blackburn's owners, while Adam Idah may also go on loan to Blackburn as part of the agreement.
While there is no deal as yet, the source claims Norwich's offer is very close to satisfying Blackburn.
