Norwich City striker James Vaughan is ready to move to Blackburn Rovers.

The Sun says Vaughan is set to snub a loan move to Celtic by joining Blackburn.

Injury-hit Vaughan, 24, who signed from Everton for £2.5million a year ago, has impressed new Canaries boss Chris Hughton in pre-season.

But despite his form, he is still set to be allowed to complete a one-year loan deal at Ewood Park.
