Anthony Pilkington was thrilled to contribute to another Norwich City home win on the weekend.
The Irish midfielder netted his third goal in three league games at Carrow Road to help the Canaries to a 2-1 result over Wigan Athletic which has the Norfolk club placed seventh on the table ahead of a hectic Christmas schedule.
"It's a massive win going into a tough period," Pilkington told the club's official website.
"It's great for the fans and it's good to bounce back from the defeat against Aston Villa [in the Capital One Cup] on Tuesday. We've picked up a lot of points in the last couple of weeks and it means we're sitting nicely going into a tough Christmas period so we're delighted with that.
"I'm enjoying things at the minute, the fans really get behind us and I think it's three goals in three games here, but it's three points and it's massive for us."
