Norwich City defender Elliott Ward has joined Nottingham Forest on loan.
The 27-year old centre-back arrives at Forest on an emergency loan following the injury to Daniel Ayala.
"Once it became clear that Daniel would miss a number of games we felt it was important to add to our defensive options," said Forest chairman Omar Al Hasawi.
"Elliott has great experience having played in the Premier League with Norwich last season and will be a valuable addition to our squad."
