Norwich City are ready to go to £7 million for Celtic striker Gary Hooper.

The Daily Mail says manager Chris Hughton is struggling to bring in targets with Sporting Lisbon's Ricky Van Wolfswinkel out of his price range as the Portuguese rate him close to £12m.

Celtic insist they want £8m for Hooper, 25, and Norwich have only offered £4.5m.
