Norwich City winger Elliott Bennett says there's no complaints from them about the cold.
The Canaries defeated Bolton Wanderers 2-0 in the snow on the weekend.
Bennett said: "We're all men. A lot of fans have come out here today in freezing cold to watch us and they're not wearing gloves.
"It's a bit different if you're from South America and it's zero degrees and you're used to playing in 20 or 25 degrees. But everyone in this team has played in England or Scotland for a long while and if you're not used to the cold by now you never will.""We get the chance to run around and keep warm so gloves are not an issue or even on the agenda. It's a joy to be in this team and if it means not wearing gloves then it's a small price to pay.
