Norwich City goalkeeper John Ruddy hopes to be back in action next month.

The Sun says the England stopper ruptured a thigh muscle away at Everton on November 24 but hopes to begin training in the next few weeks.

Ruddy, 26, could be available for Norwich's Premier League trip to Wigan on March 30 which would see him return earlier than expected.
