Norwich boss Hughton happy to back Bunn in Ruddy absence

Norwich City boss Chris Hughton is happy to back Mark Bunn.

Hughton is in no rush to bring in experienced goalkeeping cover alongside Bunn with injured England international John Ruddy out until the New Year. The City boss believes City's present squad is big enough to cope with the current level of ailments and likely suspensions.

"At the moment we are happy, but all those decisions we will make as we approach January," he told the Pink 'Un. "Mark is certainly doing an excellent job for us. We're quite happy with how we are. Numbers-wise we're okay. As always, approaching January, you don't know what's going to happen in the build-up - whether you pick up any injuries, whether somebody offers you a surprise one that you didn't think about - so we will do all our due diligence and scouting but it's not leading into January. The scouting process is something that's continual right through the season."
