Norwich City boss Neil Adams is regarded as a caretaker at Carrow Road.

The Mail on Sunday says despite having such strong support from Delia Smith, Adams is very much on trial as Norwich manager.

The situation will be reassessed at the end of the season.

Malky Mackay remains favourite but Tottenham's Tim Sherwood and Celtic's Neil Lennon are also in the frame.
