Manchester United defender Jonny Evans is eagerly anticipating stepping out for Northern Ireland this week.
?The Red Devils centre-back is currently serving a six-match suspension for spitting on Papiss Cisse during a clash with Newcastle United earlier in the month but is free to play for his country in a friendly with Scotland on Wednesday and the Euro2016 qualifier with Finland on Sunday.
?"I've just got to accept it and move on from it now," he told Sky Sports News HQ regarding the suspension.
?"I've got these international games bang in the middle of the suspension so hopefully if I get game time here it will be good for me on a personal level to get minutes on the pitch.
?"They are at a good time because of the ban and Northern Ireland are performing well. I just want to come into the squad and hopefully I can add something to it."?
