Wellington Phoenix are eyeing two local international strikers to boost their attacking stocks. Team Wellington's speedy Costa Rican striker Luis Corrales, who leads the NZFC golden boot standings with 10 strikes from 12 matches, and Waitakere's Fijian international Roy Krishna (seven goals from 10 matches) have attracted interest from the Phoenix.
"They're two players who are on the radar and we can't ignore guys who are constantly scoring goals, but it all really depends on how the squad shapes up," Phoenix chief Tony Pignata said.
North Queensland Fury are also keen on Corrales.
