Mark Noble is delighted seeing West Ham United teammate Ravel Morrison get his career on the rails.
Noble serves as a mentor to the 20-year-old former Old Trafford prospect, once described as the best youngster to come out of Carrington since Paul Scholes.
"It's finally clicked with him," he told the Daily Mail.
"If he does everything right then the performances will come along with it.
"He was brilliant in pre-season. He's comeback from Birmingham - credit to the management and the staff there. I think being there made him grow up a little bit and he got to play games.
"I've said it before but he's got all the ability in the world. Gary Neville's said it too, live on Sky when he was asked the question. He said that if Ravel can get his off-the-field antics right, the sky's the limit for him. At the moment, he's doing exactly that.
"We're quite an experienced squad here at West Ham and we're on his case constantly for him to turn up on time and do the right things. He's doing that now and it really is showing."
