Former Arsenal and Tottenham striker Emmanuel Adebayor is being lined up for a return to Ligue 1.

A free agent after breaking his contract with Kayserispor, Adebayor isn't ready to hang up his boots.

A return to England has been mooted for the 35 year-old, however a move to France could be on for the Togo international.

RMC says Nimes are keen to deal in Adebayor and hope to strike personal terms.

The centre-forward had five years in France at the start of his career with Metz and AS Monaco before leaving for Arsenal in 2006.
