Nice coach Patrick Vieira is interested in Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko.

Le 10 Sport says Vieira will be backed potentially by a club record summer transfer kitty to the tune of €80m - plus any money raised from sales.

And high on his agenda is France midfielder Bakayoko, who spent France's abandoned last season on-loan with AS Monaco.

Bakayoko has also attracted interest from PSG, with Chelsea seeking €35m to sell.

For their part, Nice hope the offer of a leadership role in Nice's new project will go some way to convincing Bakayoko to choose them.
