Newcastle United midfielder Michael Richardson admits his loan spell at Leyton Orient was a tough slog.
Toon boss Alan Pardew has already admitted he is a big fan of the teenager and after he proved he could cut it in League One with Leyton Orient, he was recalled to Newcastle.
"It was all right. I was there for a month to get first-team football experience under my belt. I played a couple of games," Richardson told the Evening Chronicle.
"I am glad to be back here, I have played three or four games and scored. In the reserves.
"I scored on my debut 20 minutes in at Orient and that was great. Now I am happy to be back here."
