Barely 18 months into his time at Scunthorpe United, Michael O'Connor is attracting major top flight interest.
Newcastle United and West Bromwich Albion are weighing up January offers for the Northern Ireland international, who has been influential with Scunthorpe this season.
Along with the Premier League duo, tribalfootball.com can also reveal the interest of Rangers.
A source close to O'Connor told tribalfootball.com: "Michael is aware of the interest, but is keeping his feet firmly on the ground.
"He knows that what brought him to the attention of bigger clubs was his form at Scunthorpe and that's all he is focusing on at the moment - playing well for his club."
