Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew is not planning to move on Alan Smith.
The Sunday Sun says the midfielder is going nowhere this season, despite it being very unlikely that he will break into the first team.
He continues to impress Pardew with his professionalism, although he has made only substitute appearances this season.
