De Jong has already seen a €10 million offer from Newcastle United turned down by FC Twente.
De Telegraaf says De Jong has decided he'll only go to England, Germany or Italy.
Newcastle United, Borussia Monchengladbach and Benfica are showing the strongest interest in the Holland striker.
