Newcastle United have joined the race to sign Sassuolo youngster Sime Vrsaljko, according to reports from talkSPORT.

Vrsaljko has emerged as one of the most promising young full-backs in Europe over the past few years and the likes of Juventus, Arsenal and Manchester City have recently been showing interest in the 23-year-old.

Now according to reports, it has been revealed that the Magpies are keen on Vrsaljko and are willing to pay £7.5million to sign the highly-rated Croatian right-back.
