Newcastle United have reportedly offered Papiss Cisse to Cardiff City.
The Daily Mail suggests that the Senegal striker is free to move to south Wales if the Bluebirds can 'figure out the cost of a deal'.
Cisse has netted just one goal in 15 Premier League outings for the Magpies this season, having started just six times.
