Newcastle United are poised to offer Marseille's Andre Ayew a long-term contract.

The Daily Mirror suggests that the Magpies are preparing a four-year deal for the Ghanaian winger who is expected to depart the Stade Velodrome in the summer.

Premier League rivals Liverpool, Everton and Swansea City are also suggested to be in pursuit of Ayew.

Newcastle have been linked with Ayew for quite a while now but will face competition from the aforementioned trio as well as the likes of AS Roma, Borussia Dortmund, Wolfsburg and Napoli who are also showing significant interest.
