Newcastle United continue to keep tabs on PSV Eindhoven goalkeeper Jeroen Zoet.
The Journal says United had a scouting presence at Twente over the weekend to see Zoet in the 2-2 draw with PSV on Saturday evening.
Toon have plans to strengthen the goalkeeping department in the New Year.
