Newcastle United are considering winter moves for Alexandre Pato and Bafetimbi Gomis, according to reports from the Chronicle.
The Magpies have already splashed a sizeable £16million to secure the services of Henri Saivet and Jonjo Shelvey in January but despite the considerable investment, Steve McClaren's sie are still ready to spend big on a new striker.
Reports suggest that Newcastle are considering Corinthians attacker Pato, who has recently been heavily linked with Chelsea and Manchester United.
Also on the St James' Park is Swansea City's Gomis who could be let go by the Swans in the current transfer window.
