Football Federation Australia (FFA) confirms that the following amendments have been made to Hyundai A-League 2010/11 Season fixture schedule.
As a result of the recently confirmed Newcastle Jets v LA Galaxy exhibition match scheduled for 27 November 2010, FFA has had the opportunity to revise the scheduling of a number of fixtures to ensure that football fans have the best possible opportunity to see their Hyundai A-League teams in action.
The amended fixtures are as follows:
- Wellington Phoenix v Melbourne Heart scheduled for Wednesday 24 November, has a revised kick off time, being 7:00pm local/5:00pm AEDT.
- Newcastle Jets v Central Coast Mariners, originally scheduled on Saturday 27 November, will now be played on Wednesday 24 November 2010 at EnergyAustralia Stadium with kick-off scheduled for 7:00pm local/AEDT.
- Brisbane Roar v Perth Glory, originally scheduled on 8 December, will now be played on Wednesday 24 November at Suncorp Stadium with kick off scheduled for 8:00pm local / 9:00pm AEDT.
- Central Coast Mariners v Brisbane Roar, originally scheduled on Wednesday 24 November, will now be played on Sunday 28 November 2010 at Bluetongue Stadium with kick off scheduled for 4:00pm local/AEDT.
- Melbourne Victory v Adelaide United originally scheduled for Week 22 at Etihad Stadium will now be played at AAMI Park. Kick off will remain unchanged.
- Melbourne Victory v Newcastle Jets originally scheduled at AAMI Park for the Week 25 midweek fixture will now be played at Etihad Stadium. Kick off will remain unchanged.
FFA also confirms that the postponed midweek fixture between Newcastle Jets and North Queensland Fury, originally scheduled for Wednesday 27 October 2010, will now be played on Tuesday 11 January 2011 at EnergyAustralia Stadium with kick off scheduled for 7:30pm local/AEDT.
