St Etienne striker Pierre-Emerick­ Aubameyang is on Newcastle United's radar.

The People says his club say they don't want to sell in January, but reports in France say they may be persuaded, if the bidding reaches £12m.

Aubameyang has been in top form since ­joining St Etienne from AC Milan and a host of Premier League clubs, including Manchester United, Liverpool and ­Aston Villa have also watched the Gabon international.
