Newcastle United right-back Kieran Trippier has been named Fans' Footballer of the Year 2023.

A total of 12 Premier League players nominated for Reach PLC's award, which was won by Bruno Guimaraes last season.

Erling Haaland finished second in the tally, with Jude Bellingham coming in third place.

Newcastle did not win any trophy last season, losing in the Carabao Cup final to Manchester United.

However, they did qualify for the Champions League by finishing fourth in the Premier League.

Trippier was a rock at the back for the Magpies, while he also chipped in with assists.
