Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew expects a tough challenge against Europa League opponents Metalist Kharkiv.

Metalist, who reached the quarter-finals last term, are set to boast TEN South Americans in their starting line up.

Pards said: "They give their team a real characteristic of technique.

"They will be very good at keeping the ball and taking our tempo on the game."
