Newcastle United boss Chris Hughton says there's no chance of selling Andy Carroll.

Hughton is pleased to have secured him to a new deal before this week's England call.

"It is important he has a long contract. All he wanted to do was sign a contract here. He is very happy. You want your best assets, young assets, tied down to the club," said the manager.
