Newcastle United manager Steve McClaren was delighted for his attacking players in the wake of Sunday's demolition job of Norwich City.
The Magpies recorded a stunning 6-2 victory over the Canaries at home with summer arrival Gini Wijnaldum the star of the show with four goals.
Also on song was midfielder Moussa Sissoko, who provided three assists, while Ayoze Perez and Aleksandar Mitrovic both chimed in with goals in what was a devastating performance from the attacking quartet.
"It was great to see Gini get his rewards and Moussa Sissoko also showed what he can do," said McClaren.
"He (Sissoko) wants to be a top four player and he will be if he performs like that.
"They were excellent along with Ayoze Perez and Aleksandar Mitrovic though at the back we rode our luck at times."
