Newcastle United and Aston Villa could be involved in a head to head battle to win the services of Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu, according to reports.
Sirigu has lost his place in the PSG starting eleven following the summer arrival of Kevin Trapp and as a result, the Italian international has been linked with a move away from the French capital.
Given his quality, there are many clubs interested in securing the services of Sirigu and now according to reports from the Daily Express, it has been claimed that Premier League duo Newcastle and Villa have registered their interest in the 28-year-old.
