Eliseu has been confirmed as Malaga's first signing under new owner Sheikh Abdullah Bin Nasser Al-Thani.

The Portugal international arrives from Lazio, via Real Zaragoza, where he spent the last six months of last season on-loan.

At yesterday's presentation, it was announced Eliseu would be the first of five new summer signings for Sheikh Abdullah's new board.

Malaga vice-president Abdullah Ghubn declared: "We will focus on Spanish talent. That will be our priority."
