Hibernian manager Terry Butcher has been hit with a two-match touchline ban.
The former Inverness Caledonian Thistle boss will be unable to guide his Hibs side in their first game in his care at St Mirren this weekend after being handed the sanction by the SFA.
Butcher's ban comes after a pitchside confrontation during the recent Scottish League Cup quarter-final tie between his former club Caley and Dundee United.
The banishment to the stands means Butcher's assistant Maurice Malpas will oversee the Edinburgh club in their first match of a new era.
