Hannover manager Tayfun Korkut says he is determined to keep Mame Biram Diouf at the club.
The Senegalese striker, who was linked with Stoke City in the summer, has now emerged on the radar of Cardiff City but Korkut says he has no plans to offload the former Manchester United man.
"When we have quality, we should protect it," Korkut told reporters. "It would not be easy to find a replacement.
"I do not get the impression that Mame's thoughts are somewhere else."
