Doncaster boss Dean Saunders has no limits to his potential transfer activity other than chairman John Ryan saying no.
The Welshman said: "I'm going to just putting them to the chairman and wait until he says no."
Saunders admits he could be forced to let players leave if he is successful in his endeavours to bring in new recruits - with Pascal Chimbonda already set to join the club on a short-term deal.
"I've said to the ones who aren't playing to just be patient with me.
"I'm going to give you a chance to show what you can do and then I'll make my decision on who we could let go because we'll have to let a couple go if we get some in."
