New Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino has agreed to allow Cesar Azpilicueta to leave.

The club captain has an offer from Inter Milan he wishes to take up.

With a year to run on his Blues deal, Azpilicueta is hopeful of securing a free transfer - as is Inter.

The Sun says Pochettino will not stand in the 33 year-old defender's way.

Azpilicueta almost signed for Barcelona a year ago before committing to the club's new owners and signing a two-year contract.
