New Barcelona youth chief Jordi Roura has already made his mark.
Roura is overseeing management of Barca B and the club's youth teams, including transfer policy.
Sport says the new sports director, on Monday, brought the B squad together at training and LET RIP.
With the Segunda Division title out of reach, many of Barca B's players have been accused of lacking discipline and displaying a poor attitude.
Roura addressed the squad yesterday, declaring: "This is Barca. Here you will not ACT THE FOOL!"
Later in the speech, Roura was more relaxed and called for "unity" and requested the players "finish the season with dignity".
