Hungarian prospect Krisztian Nemeth struck his seventh goal in seven Liverpool reserve games in yesterday's 1-0 victory over Bolton Wanderers.

Nemeth, 19, went into the match on the back of praise in the morning from manager Rafa Benitez and didn't disappoint with a man-of-the-match performance for Gary Ablett's team.

The game also saw Daniel Agger take a step closer to first-team action, the 23-year-old looking bright during a 60-minute run out.
