NEC Nijmegen fullback Todd Kane hopes for the chance to make it at parent club Chelsea.
Kane is on a season-long loan at NEC.
He told NEC's website: "I hope I can play for a big club, no matter where. But I dream of course about Chelsea. And why not? I can succeed there."
Kane says his game has improved playing in Eredivisie.
"And I'm not just talking about technical and physical aspects. It is also about better understanding the game: learning about tactics and defending attacks."
Kane, 22, penned a three-year deal with Chelsea ahead of joining NEC in August.
