Napoli are chasing Chelsea striker Fernando Torres.

The Mirror says Napoli want Rafa Benitez and Torres to form a dream team in Italy's Serie A.

The Italian Serie A club held successful talks with Chelsea's interim manager in London before he flew with his squad to America for two post-season friendlies with Manchester City.

Benitez, 53, also linked with PSG, can now have the job in Naples if he wishes.

Napoli believe Benitez can tempt Torres, 29, with him from Chelsea after working with the striker closely at Liverpool too. Torres would arrive to replace Edinson Cavani, who is wanted by Manchester City.
