Napoli are confident they have the cash power to convince Chelsea to sell Raul Meireles.
Flush with funds raised from the sale of Ezequiel Lavezzi to PSG, Napoli are now planning a bid for Meireles.
Tuttosport says they hope to do business with Chelsea for around £6 million.
