Napoli striker Edinson Cavani is ducking speculation over a future move to Champions League opponents Manchester City.

The two teams will meet in the Champions League on Tuesday, a fact which has only intensified whispers that the Uruguayan is wanted by City boss Roberto Mancini.

"I'm not thinking about what is being said about me," the former Palermo centre-forward noted on Monday.

"I'm just concentrating on Napoli. I want to do all that I can for this club that believed in me and for my teammates.

"I want to score tomorrow night to give some immense joy to this squad and the whole of this city."
