Napoli are eyeing Standard Liege attacker Paul-José M'poku.
RAI says M'poku has been a long-term target for Napoli chief Riccardo Bigon, who could now make his interest concrete this week.
Napoli are prepared to sell Goran Pandev this month, with his contract having less than a year to run and coach Rafa Benitez failing to register him for their Champions League squad.
Should the Macedonia international leave, Bigon will move for M'poku as a direct replacement.
The 22 year-old is aware of Bigon's admiration and would jump at the chance of moving to Napoli before the deadline falls.
